What the website collects

The contact form holds no database of its own: it opens your e-mail application with a pre-filled message addressed to contact@moskcapital.com. Your name, e-mail address, telephone number and message are therefore never written anywhere on this website — they only travel through your own mail client.

Cookies and analytics

This website installs no advertising cookies, embeds no audience-measurement trackers and passes no personal data to advertising networks or data brokers.

Correspondence we receive

Messages sent to the company are kept for as long as needed to answer them, and afterwards as evidence of the relationship. Once a mandate is opened, documents relating to your assets are filed in restricted-access records and handled under the duty of professional secrecy.

Sharing with third parties

Nothing is shared for commercial purposes. When an external specialist takes part in a matter — a lawyer, a notary, a tax adviser or a real-estate expert — they see only the documents their assignment strictly requires, within the framework of a confidentiality agreement.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP), you may ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Simply write to contact@moskcapital.com and we will answer in writing.

Security

Sensitive documents travel over encrypted channels rather than as ordinary e-mail attachments. Access to the firm's systems is personal and limited to the people working on the file concerned.
